• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
• Footwear must include the original box and any extras.
• Sale items may be final sale unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Timeframe

Initiate a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

How to Start

1. Send us a DM on Instagram: @xshoes.eg with your order number and item(s).
2. We’ll reply with approval and the return address.
3. Ship the item securely and include all accessories and documents.

Refunds

After inspection, approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

We can reserve it once your return is in transit — availability is not guaranteed

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
